Love a good marinade but hate the ingredients in every bottle or powdered bag? Here’s a great recipe to use for steak, chicken or pork.
2 TBSP chili garlic sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 1/4 pounds flank steak
Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl and add flank steak. Marinate for 30 minutes. Grill for 10 minute per side, or to you liking, and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain, and then into bite size piece.
Serve in lettuce wraps with avocado, radish, cilantro, salsa or any garnish of your choice.
