Butternut Squash Soup
I made this soup for our company Thanksgiving Pot Luck. The video is really fun, but I’m warning you – cutting the squash is not easy! I practically needed an axe. I’ve been told that microwaving the squash a little first helps, and I’ve also been told you can use frozen squash as alternate.
