6 cups milk
2 cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 can (15 oz) mandarin orange segments in light syrup, mashed
Use a stand mixer or blender, and lightly blend or mash the oranges and syrup. Add the other ingredients and mix well until thick and frothy. Serve immediately. Can also be made in a blender or mixed by hand.
