My friend’s daughter named these carrots after seeing a photo of them one Thanksgiving and the name stuck. In truth, this elegant dish is quite simple with just a few simple ingredients

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Organic Carrots with Greens
Brown Butter
Sea Salt
Trim the greens from the top of the carrots, leaving a 1- 1 1/2 inch crown
Wash and peel carrots
Arrange on a baking sheet, drizzle with melted brown butter, and sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
Roast for 30 minutes or until carrots have a buttery, toasted underside.
